Paying Attention to what Needs Attention

Earlier this afternoon, I was looking at the Home Tab of my personal copy of MasterList Professional, when I happened to notice that under the  Needs Attention item the Tasks Past Deadline item was red.

Now I am usually very good about making deadlines, or at least renegotiating deadlines, so I was surprised: of my 270 uncompleted tasks, what had I missed?

Clicking it displayed the culprit:
I had forgotten about filing my corporation's stock statement, due at the end of April. A matter of 10 minutes work, but a major headache if I had missed the deadline.

Today's Best Practice: Even if you are not a deadline-driven kind of person, pay some attention to what Needs Attention as you use MLP.
